No way I'd present an ignorant racist  plan like that to MAGA "America First" President Trump or Ivanka, unless I'm looking to get fired.  

I'm not playing your racist game.   Your idea is typical Whitey covert racism.  
  You might easily pull the wool over dumbed down Lefty Sheep, you can't fool me!!!
   
   The main reason President Trump ran for indisputable leader of our country, to HELP ALL CITIZENS, Black, Brown, Red, Straight Square, LGBT and everyone in between, not just straight laced white folks like your racist ass  suggests.  
  When Ivanka  renovates or builds new factories in America to manufacture her clothing line, you can be sure it won't follow the model of your Racist Whitey Plan, spend  time and effort concentrating on White America.

   The town in the CNN link below is definitely not the poorest white town in America by far, "2008 -2012" or any year  
   Regardless of CNN exaggerating the truth for a better photoshop it's an interesting article.
