quote me here, If this gets to the supreme court it goes 8-0 in favor of Trump.

The law is crystal clear. The president can do what he did. He can do a shit ton more.

Hopefully he'll just writes a new order, a series of orders addressing this. It's the fastest, as in immediate, to set the ban back in place. Let them sue again.

looks like the ‘lady judge’ on the panel was unable to see the danger to our society in this XO. Or, perhaps I should say: She, and the two other non-lady judges were unable to see the clear and immediate danger from not banning Muslims (it’s NOT a BAN! And, it has NOTHING to do with Muslims!), from entering the US.  

But, it does appear that she, (as well as the 2 other non-lady judges) were able to see the [in]equality in the XO.  

And, for those of us who actually do give a shit about the US constitution, and the built-in checks and balances between co-equal branches of govt? We’re taking a small breath---for the moment.  

But as Trump says, to the US Judiciary…on Twitter, no less…..: “SEE YOU IN COURT……..!!!”  

Love the all caps. Your guy’s a real classy dude.
