I could be wrong, I suspect President Trump can't help but notice  the media harping on small details while missing the larger points, especially when "America First"President Trump is in  
 the equation.  

It looks to me like the Media spends a lot of time and effort with semantics translating  President Trump's words when he's making a point in general, and not nearly as many tries translating real dangers to a civilized society. .

Trump NEVER EVER tells the whole truth.  It's just a question of what percentage of every statement is a lie.  50%, 75%, 90%, 100%

He lies even when there's no reason to lie, just to keep in practice

First, on a side street, there were these guys in long robes and turbans riding camels and shooting people left and and right! Then as drove past the mall, these guys with AK-47s were chasing everybody out of the Cheesecake Factory. There was another attack in the parking lot of P. F. Chang's where machete-wielding Muslims were going after everybody who were reading fortune cookies! I did my shopping and headed home, and there was ANOTHER terrorist attack right there in the parking lot! And to top it off, in the cookie and chips aisle, I couldn't find any Pinwheels and had to settle for Mallowmars! So you know something's fishy! And I'll bet none of these atrocities will show up on the 10:00 News tonight! Disgraceful!
