Tipping is not a city in China...

First of all, you should pay whatever you arranged, unless there has been no discussion in which case you pay what her ad or web site says - giving preference to her web site as old ads do float around.

Grandfathering:   When I raised my rate last winter I kept my old clients at the original rate - the one's I like anyway...  

(PS not all of my "old" clients are grandfathers...  LOL... it's a joke - laugh - this  stuff is supposed to be fun!    

Tips are always appreciated by any girl, but it's your discretion and a quality girl is't going to ask.  I'm always pleased when a gent helps me out more than I expected.  

I have two schools of thought.  One, I always try my best to please my date.  Because I (usually) really like what I do.  I love to make men feel good.  So a tip after the fact is always nice.  And I try to keep my base very reasonable so more gents can afford to play.

It's not necessary but sometimes I will have a gent who helps me out more than expected up front and I'd have to say that even though I try to give my all on every date, it does give a little more incentive because he's shown up front that he really appreciates me and is hoping for an extra good time.

I think it's just human nature to want to please someone who has pleased you.

its the right thing to do to tip agency gals, but indys make enough money that tipping is unnecessary, or optional.

Yes agency gals split the fee with the boss.  But they don't have to worry about the costs of advertising, an incall location, and don't have to spend their time waiting for a call, and deal with time-wasters.

If you want to show your appreciation for good service, great.  Just don't let her business model dictate this decision.

These days, most gals, whether agency or indy, state that tips are appreciated, but not expected.  In my experience, they mean exactly what they say.
