This is a naive question from an older generation member that has only been active in the hobby for 6 months. So there is a provider I have my eye on. She has nipple piercings with, well these metal things in her nipples. Now to each his own but I personally can not understand why anyone would want to put metal pegs in one of the most beautiful things God gave a women. To me it is like putting paper clips on roses. But, like I said, it is her call. My real question is, how do you suck them. I like sucking women's nipples for some reason and I was wondering how you do that in this situation. Do they take them out for the session or do you just deal with it.
Of course she might not want to see an older guy like me and since she is an independent she will have that choice (that's why I like independents, it is their choice to see me or not) so this may be a moot question for now.

and they should be treated just the same as you would an unpierced woman.
Some women will take them out if a client requests, you can always ask.
Try something new! Why not. Mine aren't pierced but I have girlfriends with theirs pierced. Two say it enhances when someone isn't playing with their nipples. The other one said she actually doesn't feel a thing, so that's another separate issue.
