I have noticed a slow regression of services of providers in the 300-400 range over time. In my day, this tier represented the cream of the crop and it was understood that GFE included MSOG, BBBJ, CIM, possibly rimming, and etc. From my experience, and from reading others' reviews, I am noticing the normalization of weak standards: CBJ (or CBJ with BBBJ available as an upsell), no kissing, no MSOG, CIM becoming extinct, and things along those lines. If I wanted a quick pop and CBJ, there are girls in the 80-120 range that would scratch that itch.
Has anyone else noticed this too? If so, what do you think is the cause?

There are a few agencies who bring in quality ladies that are under $400, then there are some really great local ladies in that range also. You don't have to look very hard to find quality for $400 or less.
In response to your other point: I do believe the the law of diminishing returns plays very much into this hobby. The line where that comes into place is probably different for different people, but for me it is at the $400 line. I have gone above that line and often been disappointed
I have had more positive experiences than negative ones in this range and agree that there are still a lot of quality ones out there, but I do see a slow decline of what to expect (even from my favorite agencies) and a decrease in quality.
On the second point, I am right there with you. Over 400 is nonsense to me.
The risks are higher now with all types of STDs due to wide spread BBFS practices. Providers figure if they can raise the price they are less likely to see someone with a STD.
If you talk to local obgyn doctors they will tell that all types of STDs are running out of control. HPV is one where they are doing colposcopy procedures like they are oil changes in our region.
I highly doubt STD rates have significantly risen in the last few years, and this is a risk that has always been inherent to this game. Also, please show me a empirical study that proves correlation between provider price range and STD contraction rate.

I believe that the ladies should get what they can get. They are in a business that they can only get a high dollar for a certain number of years, so if a guy is willing to pay those high rates to a certain lady, then more power to her, get it while you can. Hobbyist just need to understand where their comfort level is and stay in it.
Yeh, prices have gone up over time, but I've found that service quality has over all gone up as well.

There are many very, very nice ladies who are local here and they provide all or most of the services you mentioned and within the price range you mentioned.
As for traveling ladies who visit our town, that may be a bit tougher, but I have found quite a few of them as well.
Besides all that, your definition of what GFE stands for is just that, your opinion. People have their own thoughts on what GFE stands for and CIM and rimming, while included in your definition, may not be in others. They are not in mine.
I also believe that some of the newer ladies to this business are still finding their comfort level as to what they are willing to do for the money they charge but that is for a different discussion.
