CityVibe is what we call an escort mall.  Just as your local mall has a wide range of retailers, nationally known anchor stores, specialty shops, and carts / temporary stands in the walkways, CityVibe has a a broad range advertisers, including nationally known, must see ladies, reputable agencies, and more than a few shady characters.  

The fact that a provider advertises on CityVibe says very little about her, in terms of her possibly being LE, or in terms of her quality.  Anyone (including LE and ripoff artists) can advertise anywhere they want!!!

The important thing to learn is not to rely on any single point of information.

The main difference between City Vibe and Craigs List is that because the providers pay for a City Vibe ad, there is less junky trash ads.  

LE probably rarely does sting ads on City Vibe, but it is no guarantee.  Shop City Vibe for someone that interests you then research them on TER for multiple reviews by reviewers who have done multiple reviews.  That is your best bet for safety, although still no guarantee.  A well reviewed provider could still be a problem if they were recently arrested and now working sting for LE.  I don't think that happens often, but there is no guarantees in hobbying!
