I'm wondering the same in Tyson's, My problem has been I can't get enough info to verify them which in turn I have to decline .... I'm not willing to be in harms way.... My ad states hobbyists only & if you can't verify then do not contact me!!! Lol ugh...

For all types of reasons. The big was lack of quality providers. Other reasons were for discrimination against blacks. I know guys who use to use bp but now got out of us to hobby either north to Canada or south to Caribbean or Latin America countries.

You must not be nothing much, except be someone who has a piss poor attitude in life. I actually workout with these people at my gym. It is an expensive gym that you would probably balk at the price. They keep the price high to keep the undesirables out. The gym is in the best rated place to live in America for 2016.

Why do you feel the need to try and place a price tag on everything you talk about? People who have money generally stray away from talking about it, especially on an internet chat site with strangers unless they are trying to portray themselves as something they are not.

It is slightly more complicated than that, but the findamentals of economics are certainly in play. Supply and demand are linked together by pricing. Sure, gals can charge whatever they want. And I have seen $300/hr become $350/hr -- and now routinely $400/hr and even $500/hr being advertised.
Yes, other prices have gone up too. But most goods and services have not gone up over 33% in that short of a time period. Almost all goods have not.
What the sellers need to realize is that while prices have risen, WAGES have been stagnant the last several years. So people are not getting paid enough to be able to buy the services they might have just a few years ago.
I am not able to partake like I once could. And I have had to find lower priced alternatives a few times to make it happen. There is an economic term for that too. But I don't want to bore you all to sleep.
Bottom-line: some middle classed guys are being priced out of the market.

If prices have gone up (hobbiest observation), and traffic has gone down (ladies observation) it sounds like the market is speaking...
... it's when I'm touring outside of the D.C./NoVA area.
D.C. area is home for me.
I would think this time of year it's picking up for most but with all things YMMV.

It's true, a lot of ads I see on these boards, the prices listed are a bit ridiculous. I'm willing to pay for quality but only up to a point... when you're listing a 2hour minimum for $1k+ I don't really care how hot you are or think you are (that's an extreme case but I've seen it)
Before you even get the privilege to over pay for an average woman.
I wouldn't even pay those rates for who I consider the most desirable porn starlets.
Actually on P411 it is showing up a lot, and those get marked as excluded.
Charge what the traffic wil bear... if traffic does not fall the price works, if it does fall you have probably gone beyond your price point for your combination of looks and skills.
Personally I have an upper price threshold, and a lower quality threshold. Of ladies that live or visit my area, with adds on P411, 1250+ Fall outside those thresholds, and 250 fall within. Plenty to chose from...
Each hobbiest has his own thresholds, collectively hobbiest and providers form their own hot spots... Not to mention that those hot spots depend on location and time of year.
I learned this summer that the running rate in Europe is a third of what it is in top markets in the US...

Coming off recession average for broad based index had incredible gains unlike only 6% this year.
So Gas & Eggs are cheaper than 2008...but disposable income from outside of work is down for people.
I made a thread about the economics last year & prices not lowering being an issue and I got laughed out the thread . There's no inflation and hobby prices still reflect 2008 when it was over $4 a gallon for gas. Granted, I understand this is human services/capital....but if you need more $ lady's need to see more people and I couldn't understand the prices.
Social security tax wage base goes from 118,500 to 127,200.
Of August. One less month of extra money.
By raising the base, that means they will be taking money a l-o-n-g-e-r time, not shorter.
This has been talked about for years and the base will continue to rise as more baby boomers reach the age for benefits. I saw one report that said in the next 10 years, the base would be close to $200K.
Gotta make up the shortfall somehow.

A $100,000 salary in the DC would have to be $160,000 today if you factor in inflation. This would include things such as rent/mortgage, food, health insurance, etc. The government lies about the true cost of inflation. For a family of four health insurance use to cost $400/month in 2000 now it is costs $2500 a month or more. Expense increases like that factored across the board have sucked the life out the hobby ihmo. Now we know why so many are offering 15 minute and 30 minutes sessions.
Also some places due to sequester have cut back contractor pay rates. Many guys in the intelligence community use to get between $150,000 to $180,000 a year. After the cuts they are lucky to get $130,000 a year. Lower level clearance levels the salaries have dropped from $130,000 down to $115,000 in some instances.

a few months leading to election time and a month or so after it is the worse time for being a hobbyist. History has shown that LE activities goes way up during this time. Having been in this hobby for over 10 years, I have seen it happen every time. Worse is this election with the two clowns running for presidency in addition to the local elections.
