When the provider's websites says " You should be well groomed". What is exactly means. Are they talking about Haircut or facial hair, Pubic Hair or other parts of body hair also such as Chest, Back, Under Arms.
I appreciate when the gentleman show up clean, tidy, and well dressed... nails trimmed!

When I say well groomed I mean clean showered ( no body odor), brushed teeth ( no mouth odor, keep breath fresh) using Cologne sparingly, keep , facial and pubic hair well trimmed.
I do know everyone is different.

look at it like you should be clean ( nails, hair, no body odor, disease free) if you are a hairy person try to cut it low, brush your teeth, make sure your appearance is suitable to walk through the lobby. Pretty much overall treat the provider date as a regular date and prepare yourself the best way you can. I do not see well groomed as having everything shaved. After all you are a man and I do expect men to have hair some more than others but keep it tamed, that way you wouldn't have any problems. Of course well groomed can be subjective but this paints a overall picture for you. In most if not all cases clients don't even ask what well groomed is so I assume they pretty much understand just keep things tamed and presentable. Most of the time the person showers again upon arrival which is also a great gesture. Personally if there is something you are worried about definitely ask in a tasteful way. There was one guy who was worried about his back hair so he just asked for clarification. I was ok with it and that solved the problem.
