First of all, why on earth would you ever provide any Agency with any Personally Identifying Information??? Clue 1.

All Agencies are multi-Million Dollar per year Cash operations, of course they will do whatever they deem necessary to protect that revenue stream.  Clue 2.

Never let sugar coating, such as 'Providers' & 'Hobbyists' blind you to the Reality of this Brutal endeavor we so politely refer to as 'The Hobby.'  Clue 3.

Do I really need to go on???

Having spelled it out for you, hopefully you can figure out the rest.

The agency is threatening to spread lies and use personal info gained from the screening process to do damage to the clients. This is borderline blackmail. And bear in mind, this is one specific agency that has gotten away with this for far too long.

If it were as simple as just not using that agency anymore, fine, who cares.

And the reviews are truthful and fair from what I've seen and after discussions with the members. The reviews did not bash the girl, merely commented on performance and hygiene, and still gave overall positive scores with a few caveats.

I know of a local agency that has made threats to have members blackballed and banned (and followed through on said threats) as the result of truthful reviews (6  or 7 overall scores) . I know this first hand and have talked to other members who report the same behavior. What is TER's stance on this, and what is the proper protocol? Is it worth fighting, or would you just let it go and find other agencies?

Unfortunately, it's part of the game, which is why you need to read reviews of agency girls carefully, between the lines.

Hello,

What should one look for between the lines when reading a review of agency providers? Could you please elaborate?

ease be honest in reviews. Own up to your side & expectations, & give a simple, unemotional mention of what the lady did that was not up to your par.
It helps us, it helps you, & nobody wants to have a bad time.
YMMV between people, & it's best to provide awareness.

Just don't write unreasonable stuff in the reviews, & other gents will know that the review is legitimate. If you are blacklisted, tell your future ladies that you aren't a liar & you just wrote about your experience.

Nobody is perfect. The agency should understand that, & please share on the Hobbyist Only board.

I mean it sucks that they do that - but there are no ethics in the black market.

Also for consideration, if you aren't giving a good score because you didn't have a good time, why would you care if they won't see you again?

Over time that agency will rack up their mediocre scores (and their blacklisted clients) and will soon be out of business.

Easy peasy.

Write your review and then go see an independent!

You aren't saying anything new. I wasn't talking about myself with the personal screening info - i will never and have never provided any personal info to any agency. I was referencing someone else that I spoke with that is new to the hobby and had a horrible experience after providing them with info and then writing a review.

As for me, my experience with this agency was they blackballed me from other agencies in the area after sending a series of furious texts and emails. A

I think some of you are not understanding the severity of an agency behaving like this. For me getting blackballed was a minor inconvenience, but for others who have provided personal info for screening with them and then write a truthful review of one of the girls there they are at risk for god knows what. They are dangerous, period.

I don't think I can say the agency, but I will provide a hint -- it normally goes by a three letter Abbreviation, as for ME, I am just trying to help out fellow members and share the experience of myself and others with them

Also, newbies have to provide some more personal info than others. Even if one gets P411 verified, without a few okays, one still has to fight for that first couple of prizes

And yet no one is even hinting at who the offender is????   That I do take seriously.
