Highlight the link, cut it, and then paste it into your message.

How to put in links.
Can someone please explain it to me and help me?

Highlight the link, cut it, and then paste it into your message.

I often encounter PC owners who do not know HOW to cut/copy & paste.

Between males being predisposed to avoiding RTFM and attractive females being predisposed to having a guy do it for them; you end up with a sizable percentage of PEBCAC.

I kept breaking screens with the scissors and I got paste all over everything.

Now I love it.  I cut and paste things all over the place.

I wonder what all those silly F keys are for.

Do you want to spell it out, or should I?

i.e., double or triple-click the web address in the top of your browser until the link is highlighted. Right-click your mouse somewhere over the highlighted part. Click on "Copy". In the "link URL" textbox right-click inside the textbox, click on "Paste". Voila!

That will work if you're going to post into the message body. If you're going to post into the "link URL' or "picture URL" sections below the body of the message you will need to erase the automatic "http://" that is standard there to start with, otherwise your link will have 2 "http://"s in it and not work.
