Just make sure who ever you want to meet; has credentials. (Reviews) just google the contact info of the provider you would like to meet and if nothing positive comes up then that's not a good sign.

I have noticed some people say they only use Eros and TER when looking for a date and I have also heard providers say Eros is their main go to source when it comes to this area as well as Maryland.
Just curious is Eros needed when touring here. I have been to DC often and really never used Eros since TER and other sites came in handy but I am considering it a new option soon.
Not considered reliable compared to TER.

I remember somebody on the board doing some research and a good number (like almost half) are unreliable links, photos, etc. I personally don't use Eros at all. I can't speak for others.
Johns just need to realize that an ad with just a phone number and no website, etc., is highly suspect. Especially the ones where multiple ads have the same photos!
Eros is useful to me in a couple situations. Since TER ads may be posted days or weeks in advance for touring providers and fall back several pages during their actual tour, I can get quicker access to the info if the provider also posts an ad on Eros. This is especially true for agency providers who are reviewed and otherwise easy to verify.
Also, the "available now" screen has allowed me to set up some impulse, last-minute, appointments in my neighborhood. Again, this is only for providers who I can easily verify through TER, etc
If most guys use Eros for same day bookings like you mentioned. Since I am more of a advance planner I worry about that because same day bookings rarely work for me. When I use things like TER, P411 etc people plan in advance but with Eros I wonder if people look there to make plans in advance too. If not it would benefit me but I guess I would have to try.
The reason I bring this up because I saw a post a while back about this
In December 2015 I an analysis of EROS and found that 40% of the postings were either out-of-date or fraudulent.
My basic rule is: NO website and NO TER review, avoid the woman as she's probably a fraud.
