It took me a long time to include this in my services because of safety reasons. So, I would consider that when I wonder why someone doesn't do it. 9 times out of 10 girls don't do it because they are afraid of STIs.
And, like others said- I consider it to be more of a PSE style offering. I consider myself to be a mix of the two. So, yeah.
Personally I feel this is more intimate. GFE is about developing a relationship from my perspective. The idea of just offerring that without a sense of knowing the man I am with is odd- so I do get what hoo mean by it being GFE
The way I see it, GFE and PSE satisfy two very different needs. GFE is about more of an emotional connection. A GFE date is much more like a traditional date where there’s a genuine desire to get to know each other, make each other happy, and share something that should feel natural and intimate. Whereas a PSE date is usually about pushing limits, trying new things, and experiencing the kind of fantasy that most people only get to see in, well, porn.
So there's really no reason to assume that a GFE is going to do anything except for what you're BOTH comfortable with. It's more about your connection, even if only for a few hours, than about what specific sexual acts you're going to experience.

You have described GFE so well inside and outside of the business. Its the thing I look for. If we have it and you're not just passing through, you'll see me again

Everyone will have different opinions on what is GFE or even PSE
Like all matters in relationships, it seems you and her were speaking different languages. When in doubt, clarify up front. A little research before your date might have clarified this misunderstanding prior to booking.
