Some providers (including me) will, under some circumstances, accept forms of payment other than cash, some of which can be purchased with a credit card.  

In addition to things like having access to a merchant account, or Square or Venmo (however un-provider-friendly those might be), or Bitcoin, there are also various forms of gift cards (electronic or otherwise).
