First off every board would know who the are and they better hope they have good day jobs. Second off they better hope they extorted enough money to pay their bail let along the pursuing legal fees. LE is much more interested in extortion rackets.

A particular agency that often tours providers to DC claims to accept P411, RS2K, TER whitelists, etc., but really does not. After supplying such information, they come back multiple times demanding ever more specific personally identifying information, e.g. work references and photos of IDs. They're free to ask for whatever they want, but it seems excessive to me. Are people really willing to entrust such information to an agency? I would never.

Some idiots will provide full ID and name. An agency got busted a few years ago and uncle Leo had a ton of info on clients.

Never underestimate the stupidity of a horny man, how else would ugly chicks get pregnant.

Beyond that, providing such information opens one up to potential blackmail -- or worse. The people who comply with such requests must either believe they have nothing to lose, or they must be very stupid.

Some do not mind a stricker process.
Each person must do what's best for them.
Screening is always a option so you can find a agency who accepts what you are looking for.

My advic

I glad this is on because I became frustrated being verified after 1st filling the booking form 7/9 . They contact me for well reviewed independent  providers, so go out book  independent providers .Iam preferred 411,date-check ,ter: verified with one other agency. After texting all that info. yesterday. I just got verified today . It was hell getting them to verify me.7/25/2016

I've found the vast majority of agencies' screening to be prudent without being invasive. Only a couple have been what I'd consider to be unreasonable, and no good can come from complying with their demands. So long as enough fools don't object, I suppose, they will continue to be unreasonable.

some of this is not necessary. Talking about someone being stupid for giving info that you wouldn't give doesn't make them stupid. Some don't care or have nothing to lose. Yes, sometimes your little head makes you do foolish things but don't fool yourself into believing that you're anonymous here, if LEO wants you, he can get you. Most here aren't worth the cost. With the hacking done today with as much info that is digital, nobody's safe. Risk what you and the providers are comfortable with or don't. If agencies ask more than you're willing to give, move on.

That's the reason for my initial post.  I was uncomfortable providing unreasonable and unnecessary onformation when asked.

I had a beautiful sexy young lady  ask me to send a copy of my photo ID to get verified. I won't even show my ID or real name/number/email hen I show up, I sure as hell ain't sending a copy ahead of time.

Risk does not equal reward.

I'm with you, brother!

Verses an agency, what is the consensus on providing screening info to independents? I see well reviewed independents who would like to know more about you and I really can see their point. There are two reasons for screening. LE and axe murders.

I agree with one poster who pointed out that if LE wants you bad enough, they can get you. Identities and profiles and even life styles can be forged to perfection (to include personal jets, yachts, A-list parties, etc.) if you are worth it to them. A simple phone call to your work number seems to be the preferred way to rule out LE for those providers not related to Colombian drug lords and P411 does that.

Axe murders are pretty easy. A $30 internet background check will turn up abnormal criminal behavior. I don't know if P411 does this but they should.

But as a newbie who has yet to have a date, while I am not too worried about axe murderers I am worried about stings AND blackmail (though I really don't care much if everyone knows I need love). I am currently waiting to be vetted by P411 but I did initially give a fairly new independent (though well reviewed) just about everything except my social security number. Thankfully, all I was asking her for was an hour lunch date, in public, no funny business, no laws broken.

So were do you draw the line on providing info? Best advice I have had so far from a provider is to hook up with a newbie friendly provider to get a reference. But most of them want a lot of info. And to tell you the truth, if they didn't, I would be suspicious of them. But as I pointed out above, assuming P411 also does criminal background checks, (and for $129 they should be able to afford it and still profit) then they have already done everything a provider could do themselves. However, I still would have no problem giving a well known provider everything (including IDs and access to my cell phone, emails and text messages) as long as it was in person over lunch. I sure would hate sending all that info over the internet.

Not even well known Independents should be trusted with to much of your info. There is a group of providers in a state that I tour who have been extorting guys out of money by threatening to tell their wives and employers about their hobby life.

And this is not a rumor its a fact. Many guys on this board in the State in question have been extorted because they trusted the provider they gave their info to for screening not knowing that it would come back and haunt them. So my advice would be to be careful and don't divulge to much to any Agency or well known provider. There are so many ways for us to screen you without knowing all of your personal info

All it would take is for one of them to try that on a guy like me who really does not give a ....

I guess you have no family, friends, or employer to object. That might work for you, but not for everyone.

This is why some many alternative p4p options are available. They are risky such as CL, bars, and BP. Others include those smart phone apps, one on one contact (some people can pick a hoe out in a crowd), night clubs, strip clubs, and bars.
