I should start by saying that this post is more about looking for opinions for those with experience with the local Korean agencies, whether agreeing or not. Over time I have used all of the local NOVA Korean agencies and while the initial verification took a little work, once approved they have many advantages which are easy set up and usually very consistent talent.
Everyone probably has their favorite but you can't help but notice that many reviewers for these agencies seem to rotate between them. My question/observation is that it also seems that these reviewers almost always give 8's or 9's for looks and performance for ALL the girls and it just seems impossible. I have definitely seen some 9's from all these agencies but I have also had some experiences with photos that are so photo-shopped the girls are unrecognizable or where communication was such a problem that there is significant awkwardness and performance that would be impossible to categorize as 8's or 9's.
Are these serial Korean agency reviewers too afraid of backlash from the agencies if they post semi-accurate information and scores below their norm or what?
No experience with any agency in operation in this area now. In my past I posted truthfully and never had a problem. Things have changed. The kgirls are on my radar. If you ask this on the kgirl board you will get this answer: careful what you post about the kgirls sessions or you will get cut off. Or so I've read there. Check it out for yourself, upper left corner.
I have used several of the K agencies. It's been 6 months since the one I was using changed locations/names, and I haven't bothered to get approved at another one. I 've been checking out the PG county AMP scene in recent months, which generally isn't as good an experience as the K agencies, but is cheaper and I can go on the spur of the moment when I have an opportunity.
In my experience, which doesn't seem as extensive as yours, I've found the K agencies to deliver a very consistent experience, and a very good value for the money. So I found my grading bunching around 8s and 9s, but those were honest grades on my part. I probably grade pretty generously anyway, but I don't think I would hesitate to give a lower grade if it was warranted.
If I get blacklisted, eh, there are plenty of great providers I can see.

This not an attack. If you don't post good and poor you're not much help. The reviews are to help other members make good choices. If they're all good, you're just to be ignored and you get to reap the benefits of other reviewer who post the good and poor choices of others. You and those who just post good aren't helping the rest of us. Do diligence doesn't work if you can't get all the facts.
It is helpful to know who are the good providers. In his case, he is being honest about the good. He is just not reporting on the bad. Not to be confused with people who grade inflate the bad, so people get suckered-in to a bad provider. There is a difference.
The best would be if people posted good and bad, but there are consequences to posting bad reviews, especially with an agency.
I disagree. Typically I don't repeat when things don't work out well. That can occur for a number of reasons including simply personalities or starting off awkwardly and not recovering. Others may well have a fantastic time or be the right personalities for the girl.
If others don't give a review then you have a girl that's here for a week or more, no reviews and more than likely no more interest from anyone in seeing her.
Unless there's something seriously misleading or someone that is simply going to take the money and not perform -- which simply does not happen with K-Girls -- I don't see any need to make a common to others. It's one thing to warn about fraud and another to impose my narrow preferences or particular frame of mind/mood at the time on someone's livelihood.
Finally, if there are potential performance issues or questions about the girl versus the ad I'll take that up with the booker and they will correct.
That said, you do things how you think you need to and I won't tell you you've got it all wrong.
In my experience, if anything its grade deflation. These girls are stunningly beautiful. You just see so many of these beautiful girls that it becomes 'average'. When was the last time you saw a fat, and I mean fat by American standards, K-girl? They are all thin, in shape, and beautiful.

Having just patronized one this morning, I can say the Korean agencies here offer a consistent product for a very reasonable price. I wish people paid more attention to them. My only problem is that I can never remember which name is associated with which woman. Let’s face it, they are all 21-25, 5’ 3” – 5’ 5”, 110 pounds, C or D cup (mostly), straight black hair to below shoulders or mid-back, no tattoos or piercings, groomed, breast is youthful. I must admit that the perfect repetition sometimes becomes almost boring.
Most of the reviews seem fair. My WORST review was the 7/7 I gave recently for someone who was heavier than her pictures. And I have given 9/9s recently whom I would have made 9/10s. except for the TER rules.
Recently I truthfully told India Elle of Discrete Story that she had the most perfectly proportioned body I have ever seen. Try her, try Emmie of Club-Paradise. They are both wonderful!
It’s a consistently GOOD service that I think deserves accolades. I just looked at some of the posting on the Washington ads, and the prices for similar service are 2½ what the Koreans charge.

If you want service in the mid 8s, the Korean agencies are great.
I have never known an agency to retaliate, but who knows
