It is very common for street walkers and some bp providers in the Baltimore area to offer bbfs. You have to be very careful because many have STDs. Some will try to jump on your dick without a condom with no warning. Others will pull off the condom. I saw on website that UTI (urinary track infections) and syphilis are a big problem.
With the low end providers stay away from BBBJ.

The low end ones don't screen (they don't exchange information about if a guy is clean) and look for references mid and high end ones do. Yes you should stay away from all providers who do bbfs. It is pretty easy to find which ones out there. There are other sites and reviews on this site that will tell you who does bbfs. BBBJ anytime you get one you are taking a risk. Less risk with the providers who get tested on a regular basis.
