If I see a provider once a month, does this make me a regular in her eyes?
There is a long thread on there with quite a lot of opinions on this.
It depends on how long you have been seeing her. Once a month for the last two months is not going to put you in her "regulars" category. Every month for a longer period probably would. If you don't mind my asking, why is this important?

I still don't see what relevance it has to you enjoying the hobby...I think it's pretty simple. You saw a lady. Did you enjoy it? Do you want to see her again? If so than go for it. If you telling yourself "she was great but I want to see what else is out there" then go ahead and do that.
I like to experiment a little but I also have a fav that I see once or twice a month. Time and budget are always a factor but both my big and little head seem to be in agreement that my fav is always the first call I make. If she isn't available then I do a little hunting. It's different for everybody.
There is no right or wrong way. Just stay safe, be honest with yourself and, if you are not having fun doing what you are doing then do something else.
I think I'm hearing you say that you want to be a "regular", to get extras, but aren't sure if seeing someone once a month qualifies. Assuming a little further downstream, it seems that you think that if that isn't the case, variety will win out.
If I'm correct, you're over thinking the issue. There isn't a rule card for when you become a regular. I saw a very well reviewed lady (200+ reviews) that after the first date told me she wanted me to come back, and proved it by an offer she made. I'd say that made me a "regular" in the sense of getting more than the standard. I've seen her a handful of times. I had lunch today with another lady that's become a pretty good friend. I've only "seen" her 3 times, but we've been together more times than I can recall. If you enjoy your time with a lady, go back. If it gets better the next time, keep going back. If someone else looks appealing, try that. If the first one was better, don't go back to the second one.
By the way, if I'm wrong in my assumption, then apparently I'm over thinking things. In either case, go get yourself laid. It'll help most every problem, except your financial ones...LOL
