I am gonna use a agency that says it will cost $160.00 an hr. My question is is that just for her to show up? And anything extra is an added expense or is that the price for the hr? Can someone help me????
It is impossible to say, but there are some signs to be pessimistic. An hour should mean an hour, and nearly all services should be included, but that is not always true at the lower end. That price is at the lower end.
Does the lady have reviews on TER? Does the agency have any reviews (search for phone number)? Did you request a certain lady or just call up the agency and ask them to send a lady over?
The more of these questions that you answer "no," the more likely you are to deal with a rushed session, upselling, etc.
BTW, the few details you have here perfectly match my first foray into the hobby, before I learned to do my research. Live and learn.
Not knowing which agency you are asking about, or in which market you are playing, it is impossible to say for sure.
However, it has been my experience that when the initial quoted rate is low, under $$, you are likely entering an high pressure, upsell situation.

Doesn't look very promising. Most good providers in my area charge around $300. Anything that low will more than likely involve upselling, mechanical service, stuck-up attitude, or worse. There's an old rule that's very true in the hobby: if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Accept the fact that hobbying is expensive, and find a more reputable agency.
I agree with I_like_escorts, instead of wasting that money you could save it and later use it on a enjoyable encounter... smooches good luck.

All you're gonna get for that price is a session of upselling(or worse). Most agencies get 40% to 60% of what you pay the woman. In your case that means the gal is getting $64 to $96. Honestly; what do you think you're going to get for that price?
Though I do agree with the responses above that the situation calls for caution, there are several agencies not too far from here that are a flat $175/hr and though the service is generally not stellar, it is legit.
That said, having given them more than a few chances, I pretty much give them a pass anymore in favor of higher end ladies. I find the experience generally suites me more up the spectrum a bit.
Without more info, it's almost impossible to say. If you're in NYC, no way, if you're in Montreal, that's about the going rate.
I will go out on a rather short limb and say that in most markets in the US your chances of getting a good session for $160 total are not good.
Best bet, spend twenty bucks for a VIP membership and do some homework. check the reviews, if there are none, I would advise you to stay away. an unreviewed agency is hardly the place for a newbie.
I'm a newb myself and just recently went through something like this. I paid $200 for the girl just to show up and spent 30 minutes of my hour haggling with the provider.
Of course, next time I spent the $20 and did some research in the review section, and picked what ended up being the perfect provider.

All depends on what the going agency rate is in your area. In Montreal most agencies at $160 would be all inclusive except for things like Greek, fetish, BDSM, GS etc. and for a reputed agency, for a full hour (some agencies have their girls leave immediately after your first SOG)
In NY on the other hand this would be a signal that there will be lots of extras, possible bait and switch, etc.

This is exactly why I am on here. I just had an experience with a provider that did a big upsell, didn't do what was agreed, and still left 15- 20 minutes short of an hour, BEFORE the job was finished. I got a $ 600 HJ for my first encounter. I simply did not know what to expect for the 300 "roses" and I got shortchanged. I also posted a review on the provider. So you guys are saying that the 300 should include all the services that they provide and last an hour?

As for what are approximate rates, check out other SP agencies (if you are calling an agency) and don't let a $20 difference sway you LOL or if you prefer an indy, check out indy SPs of similar calibre (experience, reputation, service, restrictions, demand...).
