Just a thought... about a board for tech issues that
come up and are resolved to let community know what
has been done to correct/improve things in that area. May help alleviate some perceptions that Staff is not giving support needed in some cases. While staff is great about sending replies to individuals, that feedback does not go to the general community. Toot your own horn a bit when
needed.
