I hear you don't have seasons like we do in the east coast. And if it snows and you had a scheduled appointment with a provider would you cancel or honor it? In DC 90 percent of the tine people will cancel due to seeing snowflakes.

As the other poster said, it's mostly a bit chilly with little snow in November.

Most people around the area would be fine driving through light snow, it's only a heavy snow that might put some people off but that's pretty rare in November, and would probably only affect about half of a day.  And you could easily see a week in advance or so if that was likely

Typically 60's during the day and below freezing at night. Bright sun during the day/
If we get snow in November is normally gone by the next day.
