which local ad board are the best to look for new talent. i know of BP and Eros but any others out there worth looking into.
I know many don't advertise on Eros due to cost so there must be some other site out there other than BP which is mostly scams.
If you are looking for new talent, search the New Reviews list for providers with a very small number of reviews but high ratings. Be sure the reviewers look legit.
