There is a term I've heard called "country joys"...
"Country Funk" by Southern Culture on the Skids
Used in Brian Eno's: The Seven Deadly Finns (a song about prostitutes).
In an on line discussion group he terms it a euphemism for masturbation.
By the way, as far as I know, the song is only availiable on a very rare pirated recording which I came by one day.
