What is the best action to take after meeting a provider face to face to determine that she is not LE?
Not trying to be flippant, but ff you're face to face with a provider and you still don't know if she is LE, then you haven't done your homework. TER is all about doing your homework so you aren't in that situation.
Once you've walked in, you're pretty much done for if she is LE. You won't be walking out free. They will already have you on tape making arrangements and you'll have an envelope full of cash in your pocket.
One thing not to do is grab her breast. Solicitation is a misdemeanor, sexual assault is not. And if she is not LE, it is just rude.

I have to disagree. The only thing the recording and the money prove is that you paid for an escort, not a prostitute. There has to be explicit discussion of sexual acts for money.
Get real!!! If she posts sexy pictures, and advertises sexual services, you reply, and show up cash in hand, you will likely be judged a criminal by a jury of your peers if this were a LE sting. Good things LE stings aren't common!!!

Even if you’re too cheap to purchase the VIP membership which allows you to research the review histories of the respective reviewers; the already availed sheer number of reviews accrued by the provider will be a good indicator of her credibility and accountability.
If a provider has 3 or more reviews the chances are extremely slim that she is LE; but she still may be somewhat of a roll of the dice in other concerns. 10 or more reviews and the chances drop to infinitesimal in respect to LE, as her other quantifiable strengths multiply.
If you haven't done your homework, At least if she did turn out to be LE.....your STILL screwed! LOL

Do the old touch me and let me touch you test. But you should be checking for reviews and stick with those providers. Here in SE Mich LE goes after the providers mostly, they only go after the johns picking up street walkers.

If you've found TER, you're already on the right path - other hobbyists have voted with their time and money and it's documented on this site.
I'm relatively new to the hobby, have seen two providers (and was pretty nervous the first time with each). But having a site like this as an informal verification is a HUGE help. I am still leery of those providers with very few reviews from different hobbyists and those with very short timeframe on the site. If someone has 2-3 reviews and each person who reviewed her has very few reviews, my opinion is that it's just better to stay away - I'll try my luck elsewhere.
