Not a lame question.

That is when a provider gives a hobbyist a seal of approval, letting every other lady on here know that they would be lucky to have him as a client.  They seem to be sort of rare.  That is probably because, in order for a lady to give a provider a white list referral, all of the following things have to happen.

1)  The lady has to be a VIP
2)  The lady has to know the hobbyist's TER user name
3)  The lady has to be aware of and care about the White List

As you may have seen from other threads, many guys are reluctant to tell ladies their TER user names.     There may be other reasons that factor in for hobbyists and providers alike.

I am personally curious about the value of a white list referral.  I can think of many reasons why it would be great, but do any ladies actually count it as a referral?  Or do they still go through traditional screening channels even if a guy is on the white list?

At the same time, on some boards, "White Knights" get (probably) unfair reputations, as if there is an inverse relationship between one's white list referrals and one's objectivity.
