I'm looking for Tyson's Corner.  These are the neighborhood options I've been given when trying to book a hotel:

Georgetown University
White House
Old Town Alexandria
National Mall
The Mall East End
Dupont Circle
Washington City Center
Arlington city center
Reagan-national (DCA)
Dulles Intl

And, did you guys say that the international airport is a pain?  I think that's what you guys said, and that the Reagan-national (DCA) airport is preferred for visiting neighborhoods like Dupont Circle and Tyson's Corner.

Thank you for you help.

Freya

I'd try another website to get sites close to or in Tysons.
I work in Tysons and consider Dulles the easiest access - there is a toll road that goes straight out without any traffic lights and its never more than a 20 minute drive even at rush hour, and taxis or Uber are easy to get.
I'd also suggest you look in the Dulles-Reston-Herndon area - its between Dulles and Tysons and now has metro service.  Tysons itself has about 25 Hotels and motels in the full variety of price range, and Tysons has the greatest concentration of white collar professional workers in the region so its probably best for business

... you'll see Tysons Corner or Falls Church as separate 'neighborhoods' to bid on.

If on Hotwire I usually put in Vienna to get my search started and you'll be able to check off Tysons Corner or Vienna etc as options.

Dulles (IAD) aiport if you don't plan on having an incall anywhere else is best.

I live in D.C. so I usually fly out of DCA (rare cases BWI and even rarer IAD).
