I personally would prefer the SD SB arrangement over the hobbyist life style. Seems like a perfect relationship to me, all of the good and none of the bad. I totally can't afford to be a SD though so I usually just see a provider that I really like as a person as well as in bed overe and over until they either leave the area or quit. I guess the SD arrangement is more appealing to me because I often wish that I could spend time outside of the bedroom with my favorite on a somewhat regular basis but again I'm not wealthy enough.
I enjoy the SD world better because the dates feel more genuine and they are more cost effective. A 2-4 hour extended date with a good provider is close to or over $1000. For $1000 I can have 2-3 "real" dates with no time limit with an equally attractive girl.
Nothing beats the scheduling and guarantee of using a provider which I do once every 3 months now. I do see some providers who are now UTR but haven't ventured out to see anyone new in almost a year.
I have to differ in my view.
SD is a relationship that needs maintenance and likely exposes you a bit more. The hobby is (or should be) more anonymous.

The question may be difference for single or divorced guys, but if you have a family I would stick with hobby.

On the other hand, for the single guy, the SD relationship offers more of the relationship feeling with none of the relationship problems that I'm sure if those gents are anything like me don't have the time or patients to deal with at this point in my life.
