...I myself dont belong to any one group. Of course, I get placed in the nearest category that people can tell, and that is Latina, but I am also French Creole. I think they should have a "mixed" option, as well as a "Caribbean", for those of black or Hispanic descent that prefer not be considered American, but always get assumed so because of categories available to choose from... there also should be an "African" choice as well, because a girlfriend of mine who provides is from east Africa and she doesn't really like being called African American, because she isn't, she is just plain African... makes sense to me...
