Sorry, just jazz32 here. But now that I have your attention, let me remind everyone of the Newbie Board rules:
1) This board is intended to be a safe and friendly place for new hobbyist and providers to ask questions and receive advice. The important thing is that the poster receives an answer to their question. Once that happens, some light-hearted hazing is acceptable, but anything personal or mean-spirited will not be approved or removed.
2) Guys, this is not the place to ask for recommendations for providers in Philly, or for info on Tina in Tucson. We are more than happy to help you learn how to use TER, but you have to do your own homework.
3) Gals, your questions are always welcome, and your input and advice is valued. However, this board is not a place to advertise (this is addressed to the several posters whose messages I didn't approve, all of the newbie board regulars are AOK in my sight).

So call me naive, but tell me that's not representative of the emails you get from potential clients...I try very hard to make my introductory emails very polite and very complimentary (hey, they even contain complete sentences)...and if this is the type of emails you generally receive, no wonder most providers are happy to hear from me...
