If they have 6-7 pages of reviews going back years, you're home free. You must have said things in your e-mails that made them comfortable enough with you to not require verification. That's not that unusual.

Hi,

I'm anewbie and working on getting my first date set up.

I have contacted 2 girls about various times and schedules and have followed the advice of the veterans on choosing them

1. Both girls have like 6 -7 pages of reviews
2. No mention in the email about anything dealing with sex
3. Bought a tracphone to use for the hobby

The one things that concerns me is that both girls didn't ask me for any verification, like where I work, what do I do etc.

I wrote them really nice emails and let them know of my situation but neither has asked me questions about employment etc.

Should I pose this to them in an email - I read somewhere that if anyone doesn't verify you, that could be a red flag...

What should I do - Both girls have tons of reviews from back to 2004..

Am I dong something wrong here??

not asking for verification is pretty rare.  With 6 to 7 pages of reviews I would definatley not look a gift horse in the mouth.

It happens.

I see a provider with over 20 pages of reviews and in my first contact with her by e-mail she actually specified her rates and a couple of services!  I was slightly suspicious but she did have a lot of reviews.  Anyway I saw her and it's all good.

Now she screens, so I guess I was one of the last ones she let slip through.

You haven't actually booked with either of them yet have you? Don't be surprised if they ask for verification info once you ask for a specific appointment time and date. Verification takes time and they may not be interested in undertaking the process until you firm things up.

There was a provider who had some trouble out here in the Phoenix area recently (pop over to the Phoenix board if link fails). You can see why a provider who does not do verification may be considered a red flag. It's not a perfect process but it has its purpose.

Most well-reviewed ladies have subtile ways to screen.  Phone numbers can be "traced" and e-mail addresses as well if you know what you are doing.  Some go by "gut feel" after reading your e-mail.

Ok, I admit it everyone. I don't ask for referrences. I know, it must mean I'm dangerous, and possibly deranged. (well, not really)

The reason is that the referrence simply doesn't work in my area. If I contact a local provider for a referrence invariably, one of three things happens.

1. The provider will lie and either say they have never seen the man before, or say that they have and that he is a bad person to see.

2. Simply not respond to a reference request at all.

3. Call the gentleman to either yell at him (has happened once) or offer him a "special" to get him to go see her instead (has happened twice).

Simply put, references don't work all the time. That by no means is an indication that I am not cautious. I have my own set of criteria of what I am looking for, and I trust my own methods.

The fact that she hasn't asked for certain information does not necessarily mean that a lady is not using common sense and caution. Chances are, if she has 6 to 7 pages of reviews, she is clearly doing something right to avoid potential problems.

Just my two cents :o )
