Great question!! I have three favorite positions when it comes to giving- firstly, as you mentioned, on my knees while my lover is standing or sitting- it gives a great visual for both of us, I can pay lots of attention to the boys, there is lots of opportunity for eye contact, and I can usually DT if a gent's member is not curved upwards very much, or if he is not terribly long. I also love laying a gent on his back to just relax and enjoy while I kneel or lie down and slurp and suck my way into his heart. :P For maximum DT, especially if someone is bigger or curved upwards, 69 is the best position!  
In terms of receiving, I love being on my back, bent over something or in doggie position. If I'm feeling super trusting and intimate, lying down together and getting off while we kiss and I'm being stimulated manually is just the best feeling in the world.
