I'm looking for the best Yoga Studio in your Nations Capitol. I was wondering if any of the Ladies, or Gents for that matter enjoy Yoga as much as I do. I teach in Toronto.
Did I mention Yoga is great for increasing your orgasms?
I could always stay in my room and center myself that way, but why not get out in the fresh air and join a class or 10. lol

I love bikram..... Sweat all the toxins out of the body plus more...... Someone mentioned there's one in DuPont but haven't been able to locate it.... I keep telling myself googles my friend but the F-er isn't being very helpful 😡😡😡😡😡......

Waking around trying to find dinner my "friend" & I came upon a BIKRAM YOGA studio on Connecticut (going north)....

And some other ones I have tried and liked in DC are:
Bikram Yoga Dupont and Flow Yoga Center at Logan's Circle.
But by far the best hot yoga is in Alexandria Va , Bikram Yoga of Alexandria. Awesome class, crazy good instructor and cool classmates.

I stuck with my first studio, Buddha B on U Street, and now they have opened another location in Woodley Park. I mostly stick with the instructors I like and the times that fit with my schedule. Have not tried Birkam just yet, looking forward to it once it cools down, I run hot anyways. I can always find a reasonable package which is the other reason I like this studio. I am more focused on my practice than a designer pricetag and fanfare.

I try to go to Yoga District a few times a month. Yoga District has several studios located in DC (Dupont Circle, H St, 14th St/Logan Circle, and others) many classes throughout the day and best of all probably the least expensive drop in rate in the city ($12 , 15.75$ for you Canucks

I cant wait to to get to DC and visit some of the studios!!
