Germany has the most by far, but there are also quite a few in Austria and Switzerland... but like everything else these countries (especially Switzerland) is quite a bit more expensive. There is also a couple of clubs in the Netherlands, but both are very near the dutch border (German prices though). There is one club in Belgium, which is more luxurious but also more expensive. The one club in Prague seems to get some negative reviews, but in all honesty I don't see the need to go that far when it's teeming with clubs in Germany.
