Not CAUSED suffering, EXPERIENCED suffering. But I get your point, and yes...

...even if a person does not suffer from a condition himself (or herself), if his condition leads him to criminal or even antisocial acts that cause suffering in others, the community can rightly restrict his actions in any appropriate way.

Didn't mean to mislead.

But I really don't want Donny to whine, "The only reason I lost the election was because of prejudice against disabled people like me! If I wasn't a sociopath I'd of been in like flint! Why...there outta be a law!"

He is not yet considered disabled. Just a plain ol' Fascist!!

pant leg . Trump isn't even close to being one . Beck on the other hand proved during the Repub primary process what kind of weirdo he is . Yes, he showed it before when he would breakdown and cry all the time on TV but during the primaries when he was on the road for Cruz he really showed it . Just with the clothes he would wear in each region alone . Dressed like a farmer , complete with wheat straw in his mouth , in Iowa . He dressed like a red neck in South Carolina and in Nevada he dressed like an old western gambler . He's a fraud ! His two minions , Loesh and Erick Erickson are just as bad . Although I did think Loesh looked hot in one of the gun rags dressed in all black and holding a M4

I've posted this before here, but I think it's more important than people think.

It's one thing to say, "Trump acts like sociopath. Trump talks like a sociopath." Or, "Trump behaves like a sociopath."

To assert, "Trump IS a sociopathic," draws a conclusion that he "suffers" from a condition which perhaps could be confirmed by a brain scan or psychiatric evaluation. It could possibly be the result of an actual neurological abnormality. If this is the case, the American Disabilities Act could restrict his being barred from any position because of his behavior because he "suffers" from an unseen disability. Providing him with a King's. X.

Now, for all intents and purposes, no one can say that his mental condition has in any way caused any suffering. He seems perfectly happy with himself. So unless someone complains of impairment to his functioning or pursuit of happiness, can anyone else refer to his state of mind as any type of disability? IMO, no.

Saying, "Trump behaves like a sociopath," theoretically, would allow behaviorists to conclude on their own that he is indeed a sociopath insomuch as behaviorism asserts that because one's behavior can be observed and quantified and one's inner "feelings" or ways of reacting to stimulus cannot. So one's behavior is all there is to evaluate, all there is to go on.

However, I have absolutely no problem with referring to Trump as a fucking crazy nut job asshole. So couldn't Beck have said that?
