Most definitely the photos. Now the photo that pops up under "Reviews" - great photo, your smiling very nice. Gonna be blunt on the other ones, they look like a student was doing an entry into the Cannes film festival - odd angles, no smile, only partial facial views almost as if your hiding a second head.

I've noticed this alot on provider webites. Photos should not try to convey that you were Picasso in another life. They should convey "This is me", "I'm anatomically correct", "I'm happy, not a psycho who is gonna stab you when you walk through the door". Instead so many providers have flowers and elaborate music and .....sorry I go on too much.

Hope this helped.

Hi,

My name is Savanah and I’m very new to the hobby, only a few months. I’m very passionate about the gentlemen I meet and spend time with and my few reviews reflect that. As of the last few weeks I’ve been working with a retired professional who answers my calls, emails, screens, and make appointments. It’s also the same timeframe when my new website went up, please see below.

Wherein lies my question, something is not right for my inquiry volume / appointments have depleted to 0. I turn to you gentlemen in hopes of guidance, suggestions, and constructive criticism. Thank you…

Hi Savanah,

Let me begin by saying that after reviewing your website and reviews I would consider a visit.  So I come at this from a positive disposition.

I would suggest three possibilities

1. Issues with your scheduler

I would recommend having several male friends or clients make some test calls.  Have them ask some questions such as: 1) how big is she?, 2) Can I call back tomorrow with my references?, 3) Can she call me to chat before we meet?, 4) Is a shower available?, 5) Does she do .....?   Is the response polite and professional even when the response is not what the caller wants to hear?

2. Issues with your website

Great design on the website.  Not too cluttered and easy to navigate which makes it very functional.  I found the bio and FAQs clear and enticing.  I believe there is a typo in your rates.  250 for an hour, and 200 for 2 hours.

Possibly the photos are an issue.  Your bio mentions that you are full-figured.  That can mean many things to different people.  Photos that indicate your body style can be sure that there are no surprises. (see the comment in the review by Reader5).

Have a look at the photos of Melanie (http://www.theeroticreview.com/reviews/show.asp?id=69649) and Tee (http://www.theeroticreview.com/reviews/show.asp?id=50511)
They are very well done and provide a good indication of their body style which I imagine is similar to yours.  If you don't want to hire a professional, maybe you have a regular client who would like to help.

3. Issues with your reviews

While it is possible that the drop from a pair of 10s to a pair of 7s for performance has had some effect, I do not think it would lead to a complete drop in appt.  Reading the reviews, even the 7s indicate that you are a very passionate woman.  If you've been perusing the boards, there has been a discussion where most clients indicate they go for performance.  So I don't think there are issues here.  Though better pictures could help limit any negative comments regarding appearances.

In summary, I would strongly recommend that you run some testing of your scheduling service.

You didn't mention anything about how you are marketing yourself.  One inexpensive way is to participate in the TER discussion boards (as you are now).  Your website seems to indicate that you  have a fun personality.  Showcasing that can be good for business.

The best of luck to you.

I noticed that the minimum outcall appointment is 4 hours...I for one never do incall, and for a first time appointment 4 hours is lengthy.  To each their own but I would suggest the possibility of changing your minimum outcall to 2 hours instead of 4.

Many of your photos are at weird angles and not very enticing or seductive.  Look at some other popular providers' websites to see how they do theirs.

If I were her, I'd get a professional photographer to take photos.

The photos look way too amateur, like a spur-of-the moment thing.

Your photos do not show much about you.  It almost looks like you are trying to hide something.
