Well, usually the girls go to the girls' locker room... and who know what they do there. I will say that in some smaller clubs (where girls leave their personal stuff just behind a couch), I always see girls getting a mouthfull of mouthwash after finishing a session.
On the other hand there are some clubs, where the girls don't have their own showers and jut a bidet in the locker room. Occasionally you see a girl take a shower, but definitely not after every session. I would guess most girl shower at the beginning of the shift... and after that only if there is a special need to. That being said, girls have always seemed clean and fresh to me.A person has to accept the fact that the girls in the FKK's are going to have multiple partners in a day's work.
After spending time with each girl there, i would definitely want to bathe and so forth before the next round.
What about the girls' hygiene? After they are through with you do they shower? Do they rinse with mouthwash? if they do these things, do they do them in such a way that you will notice?
Obviously, cleanliness will vary from club to club, but in the more respected clubs do they generally follow the rules of good hygiene?

that is another question i have - are the girls willing to get wet in pool, jacuzzi, shower or sauna while the are hanging out or during the session?
seems like here in the states it's difficult to get a girl wet. i think it's because it ruins their hairstyle.
But the first time I asked a girl to get in the hot tub she went and got her girlfriend and we ALL got into the tube. So for my one an only time asking it worked marvelously!
My personal experience has been that it depends on the type of club. In the classic FKK clubs, where you pick out a girl and go to a room, they almost always freshen up. There's one club I've been to where there is a short hallway leading to the showers and locker rooms. Your last contact after a session is to have a short kiss before you go your separate ways into the appropriate shower. I've been to some where there is a communal shower. A really cool ending to a session is to soap each other up.
In the flat-rate clubs, where spontaneous public and group sex is likely to occur, the spontaneous nature prevents showering after each session because there are often multiple partners and the sessions may last well over an hour. The girls will shower and freshen up when they are finally exhausted. But, if you're in that type of club, you have that expectation.
The main hygiene issue for me is the cigarette smoke.
