I think the Logan Act would be cited to deem that an act of treason.

We are involved with a degree of unfriendly relations with Russia, and any "deal" a President Elect would negotiate regarding his personal plans or the direction the country would take would undermine the current understanding between Russia and The USA. He might not be aware of that, but I'm sure somebody around him would clue him in. Likewise, any government employee, including the Secret Service personnel, who assisted or accompanied him would be subject to charges of acting in compliance.

So like so much of what Trump says, this is just another lie that won't happen. I mean, not EVEN if we're dumb enough as a nation to swallow him.

Somebody asked earlier when Trump is scheduled to get his Order of Lenin? Well, apparently it's called Order of St. Andrew nowadays and here is your answer (link).  

Wikipedia says that Order of St. Andrew awarded among other things "to foreign heads of states for outstanding service to the Russian Federation." If Trump wins the election he should qualify.  

Also on Mr. Trump's agenda: meeting at FSB headquarters with agency's current director to  
1. Receive the award of the agency's top medal "For Distinction in Special Operations"
2. To discuss new mission and the next set of directives for the FSB agent# USA1.

So they need to pretend, like Trump is going to win.
Trump even knows now, he is not winning too.  

So lying about a rigged election against him.
Also having his son in law, working on a tv network deal behind the scenes.
Just proves that point too.
