If I would be the owner of the TV station and my news desk decided to provide equal coverage to Trump's sex stories and Hillary's emails, my news desk director would be gone so fast...! It's not his responsibility to be "fair" in coverage. It's his (or her) responsibility to get me my ratings. That has nothing to do with politics - that's called "market economics".
If you believe that Clinton's e-mails should get the same coverage as Trump's sex shit that by definition makes you a socialist, if not communist, at least philosophically. Now you're no longer even talking modern Russia. Now you should put yourself "back in the USSR". Capitalism is the capitalism, whether it's fair unfair or shmear.
If being "fair" would get me higher ratings - more power to him, otherwise "you're fired!". It's not my problem that Trump campaign can't find Hillary's male (or female) secretary who was pacifying hormonal storms of his boss's pussy and instead seem to rely on the scoop, not only supplied by the foreign power but also is boring.
