Late reply but can be useful for others: there is none in France, but here are a few close to the border in Germany (fkk lancelot, villa venezia) highly recommendable. They would be more 90min drive from Strasbourg, which is already 4h drive (1h30 by train) from Parus si not convenient for a paris trip. But Strasbourg is nice to visit on Christmas time so you might try it and make some evening escapades...
