It really depends on what you are looking for and your taste buds. So, everyone could have different opinion and they all could be right. Providence really should be considered a seafood restaurant because their seafood is really outstanding. Melisse is a very formal (for LA) French restaurant. While Urasawa is very good, I was not that impressed by it. Just my 2c.
