Until CBS told him it hadn't done one.
"In one case on Tuesday, Trump even cited a poll that did not exist. "I won CBS," he said on "Fox & Friends."
CBS correspondent Major Garrett took to Twitter to clarify: "We did not conduct a post-debate poll."
CBS did conduct a focus group of undecided voters, and Clinton came out ahead".

The same alternate universe "bubble" existing at Fox News, where he was thought "to have won the debate". That"Kool aid drinker mindset cult of personality" pervasive among Faux news watchers & some here. Lastly, after the debate, HRC's #'s starting to tick up. Will post more poll stats when things are more fully "baked in".

Here's an analogy to illustrate what Trump is doing.

Itzhak Perlman is a great violinist. He's been studying music and performing for appreciative audiences since he was a small boy. He still plays though he is now an old man.

Let's say he and I are about the same age. Of course, that's where the comparison would end. I've never played the violin in my life.

So if I look at Itzhak Perlman I think, He has great acclaim. He is paid handsomely for every concert. He is famous and loved by many.

I then observe, And all he does is play the violin! That's easy enough, right?

On top of that, there are a lot of people who don't even bother to listen to his music. They figure they wouldn't be moved by it, so why bother?

So I buy a violin and start playing it. I give a concert and it doesn't sound at all like Itzhak Prrlman. It's a real CHANGE! Unlike anything ever heard before. Obviously not like all those stale old professional musicians!

So somebody somewhere buys it.

That is how Trump is with politics. All politicians do is make speeches, right? That's easy. He makes a speech. So surprise, surprise!! He's DIFFERENT! He's a CHANGE! Much different than all those stale old professional politicians!

So somebody somewhere buys it.

Which means "rabid Trumpsters" could vote many times for Trump.

Total bullshit, just like the candidate they're supporting.

...while quietly whispering that they were unscientific polls and Fox doesn't use them.
