If you are logged in as a VIP, you can enter a minimum and maximum number of total reviews in your search parameters. You can design you search to find gals with at least 10, 100, or 1000, etc reviews, IF you are a VIP.

Now if you are not a VIP here are a couple of things that you can do to make your searches more effective.  You will notice that the "exclude bad website", and "exclude bad number" are by default set to no.  Yes this will return the maximum number of results, but it also returns a lot of profiles of inactive ladies.  Try searching setting these parameters to you, one at at a time.
