I was in the process of contacting a Provider via IM and she wanted to screen me using a webcam service.  She stated it was $4.99 by debit or credit card and took 5 minutes where she could check to see that I  was not LE and she could "strip to show me that she was not LE."
At first I thought it may be a video/voyeur service she was trying to get me into but then had concerns about using a credit card for someone & something I did not know about.
Does anyone know how a webcam screening works? My computer does not have video input so I would not understand how she was to see me?? And if the purpose is to screen LE, how exactly does that screen out LE?

Most gals know that "stating you're not a cop" or "stripping on camera" mean nothing to LE. The real screening process should include information exchange- a reference, a real name, employer info, etc. This is likely a ploy to get you to pay her for the webcam service- she likely has no intention of seeing you as a provider.

Just my thoughts.

thank you for the feedback.  My "scam antennae"  was twitching and I am very happy to have TER as a source to check it out.

I wish I still lived in "Mad town" so to be able to visit Marea.  Great website.

Did you find this girl on Craig's List? It's doubtful she even provides. No legit escort wants to be on Webcam with an unknown potential client/cop. There is no such thing as "web cam screening". You will be on for five minutes and the second you go over the five minutes your CC will be billed even more money.
Just walk away from this crap and stick with legitimate providers. There is no information contained in your CC number that can tell her that you are not LE.
