The update on the laser therapy It worked well the first day but after that it has been a struggle. But I am still working on not smoking. I am getting there.

Good luck, Kadi. Right now, a good friend id dying of lung cancer. Twenty five years ago, I spent one hour visiting an emphysema ward. Scared me shitless. I walked outside, threw away my cigarettes and haven't smoked since. For me, the image of people with oxygen masks fighting for breath did it for me. Whatever works for you, get it done.
it wasn't pretty, yes he lived a long life but the way it ended was not good. also after seeing the body worlds exhibit here in la, sure made me not want to smoke. i have been lucky to have never started, so i really don't know how hard it is. i hope nothing but success for you.
