Good luck, Kadi. Right now, a good friend id dying of lung cancer.  Twenty five years ago, I spent one hour visiting an emphysema ward. Scared me shitless. I walked outside, threw away my cigarettes and haven't smoked since.  For me, the image of people with oxygen masks fighting for breath did it for me.  Whatever works for you, get it done.
