Here's an honest question for you all. When I get an hour, I expect to be there for an hour. I admit sometimes there's a lot of small talk and it takes a while to get going so if I'm not finished with the first shot until say the 45 or 50 minute mark I shouldn't expect a second shot on goal. However, if it's not even 30 minutes in, you've paid for an hour, and the escort is asking you if you want to shower after one pop, do I have the right to be annoyed by that? When I asked about a second round I was told that I could for an additional fee. I'm torn because up to that point it was a really good experience but I don't know how to rate this. Thoughts?

Unless he/she clearly stated that you only get one shot in an hour (very few if any would adverise that way though) remember you are only paying for his/her time, But you should still be able to stay the entire time you are paying for. It's tricky. I know. Put that in the review and move on.

A practice like that of charging for an extra especially when you have fairly ample time left is not something that should be a surprise to you (jmo). It's sneaky and I don't like sneaky (it's upsell to me and that isn't cool).
You should definitely be able to " go twice " if time allows and if you want too! It's always worth the old college try. 
Maybe she thought you wanted to go? But unless you were up walking around and getting dressed she should know better. You could of always asked to try again. Most of us providers know the guy gets the full amount of time that he paid for.
