I wonder what the Trump Foundation's Mission Statement reads like.

It must be public record, but I suspect it says something like, "...to help channel philanthropic contributions to the causes the donor intends..." And as such, using other people's money for purposes diametrically contrary to their wishes might be actionable both as criminal and civil.

charitable foundation and use it to settle lawsuits that result from your cheating ways.

-  Cheating hard working people out of their life savings via "Trump U" is not enough.

-  Ripping off small businessmen and hard working craftsmen and using that dishonesty as a business strategy, knowing these hard working people were unable to afford long-term litigation, is not enough.

-  Having your products made overseas, while criticizing corporations that do exactly the same thing, is not enough.

-  Overstating the value of your assets on presidential candidacy documentation and then understating it when paying property taxes, is not enough.

Let's set up a charitable foundation, get people to donate, and then when we cheat people, let's use the proceeds from this foundation to settle some of our lawsuits.  Then to deflect and divert attention away from our misdeeds, we can always lie about our opponents in both the republican primary and ultimately the presidential race.

Maybe Trump should add a chapter to "The Art of the Deal."  I like his approach!  What a genius!  Trump would make a GREAT president and Americans can trust every word he says!
