I received the same thing here. I'm very disappointed. I left messages on voice mail and emails and no response.I had 3 out calls listed and poof no response. I'm new to all this so I don't know what the heck to think. If this is some kind of joke its not funny I feel for ya here. I would like to ask what agency that did that to you, but it wouldn't be right to post that on here. Sorry that happen to you
Is this just something one has to expect? Twice recently I've been at the stage of arranging an appointment and then the agency or provider just doesn't write or call back. In the most recent case I sent a photo as part of the screening, she got it and (I assumed satisfied that I wasn't an ogre or something) asked when I'd like to meet. I email suggestions and then NADA. I try to IM her, she's clearly online, but just ignores me. Any ideas????

The first is just a run of bad luck: the provider had an emergency and didn't even bother to get back to you or some such similar situation. It has happened to me in a run of three similar experiences in the course of just a few weeks.
The other is that you said something wrong.
Did you discuss money or sexual acts on the phone or in an email?
That is often why a provider cuts off contact.
Perhaps you made a crude comment, even in jest. Such things are not a laughing matter to the provider, and can freak them out.
The third possibility is that when checking you out something came back that posted warning flags. Do you have a prior reference that would put a bad word out? Maybe you have a bad reference on one of the national provider reference check sites because you no-showed or some similar activity?
Give it another shot.
What is the upside to that? That a provider will be bowled over by your studliness and actaully offer to pay you for the sex? The downside is enormous especially if you're married or in a relationship. In short, don't do that.
Thanks for the responses. I'm wondering if there is any way to find out if I'm on one of those "bad" lists. I really haven't done anything inappropriate as far as I know, but we know from the HS "no-fly" list that these things are not always accurate.
You need to remember that this is a cottage industry. Just because she has a website does not mean that she has smooth operating and screening proceedure. She is not UPS or Fedex. They do not have to deliver overnight.
Most of these independents are one woman shops. They advertise, screen, set appointments, book hotels and transportation, and then provide so many hours each week.
Many of them give up their independence and join up with an agency for less money because they may be great providers but not great organizers.
Call a well reviewed and time tested agency and you will get the more consistent service you are seeking.
