Bill Clinton ranks among the top 10?

Put aside his personal issues.

Rate him as the CEO.

When Reagan was the president, he was perceived as a buffoon who could only utter one-liners. Years later, he is remembered as possibly one of the best. Not in the top 5, possibly in the top 12.

I reckon that 20 years later, both Bill Clinton and Obama will also be ranked among top 12 by historians.

GW Bush will be lucky to land in the bottom 10, not in the bottom 5.

Either Hillary or Trump will also end up in the bottom pile along with Fillmore, Hoover, Pierce, Harding, Johnson, and Buchanan. Trump could beat Buchanan for the worst ever trophy.

Who do you rate as the best two presidents since Woodstock?

Dr Ganja, your opinion is valuable. Many here look up to you

If Reagan was so "looked down on" please explain his landslide victory in '84.  

I seriously doubt Obama will ever be top twelve, or even top 40, by the we get to 50 possible choices on merit, but he will get the benefit of being the "groundbreaking" first black POTUS, which most likely will skew the numbers. As for Bill Clinton, he is already ranked rather highly

Also you seem to forget about the Iran Iran-Contra Affair – 1986-1987.
It was a grand scheme that violated American law and policy all around: Arms sales to Iran were prohibited; the U.S. government had long forbidden ransom of any sort for hostages; and it was illegal to fund the contras above the limits set by Congress.

So charges were brought by the prosecutor eventually resulted in the convictions of several members of the Reagan administration, including Reagan's national security adviser, Adm. John Poindexter, and his deputy, Lt. Col. Oliver North. (North's multi-count conviction was set aside on appeal.) Reagan himself was never charged with any offense, although opinions differed about his knowledge of, and culpability for, the affair.

Since you like to play the race card yourself GaG.
President Obama is a two term elected President and each time by landslides.
If you think he will just be remember, because he was the first elected black president.

Does ANYONE believe the first two paragraphs of your post were actually written by you? The third paragraph of course is 100% you as it looks like it was written in finger paint by a pre schooler.

Do you deny that you did NOT write the first two paragraphs of your post, yet failed to give credit to whoever you "borrowed" those words from?

What does your reply have to do with the fact that I caught and called you out and proved you are plagiarizing, copying and pasting the words of others (as your own words) without giving credit to the writer?

What I did was EXPOSE you and showed proof....what you do that you call exposing is nothing more than stupid, illogical, insipid gibberish.

Explain the greatness of Reagan to the 200+ marines that were killed by the suicide bomber in Lebanon.  This gave Osama Bin Laden and other Islamic fundamentalists the impression that America would cut and run when things got tough. Also explain his and Nancy's change of  position on their view of promoting stem cell research when Research was beginning to show that it may help his deteriorating condition. There was also Iran Contra.  Obama did to Iraq what Nixon had the balls to do in Vietnam was to get the fuck out of a non winnable situation.
