You never know if her first review was filed under her first name, full stage name, or her TER id. This is usually the name that will appear on her profile. Of course she has the ability to request her profile name to be changed, which sometimes happens. My ATF in Phoenix recently did this. If I try to search her the old version of her name, I get nothing.
If you are searching by name, keep it simple. Only search her first name.

If you don't know where she is located, then check off the blank spot at the top of the pull down menu field in that box, otherwise the search will be restricted to the city or state that appears in the box.

You will get a more accurate search if you use the city and the name or maybe the name and AC. Like has been said already, there are several common names like Tiffany and Savannah to name a few.
